Our HUB is a fully independent platform where all your generated e-receipts are stored. Your individual HUB account is created automatically when you activate the e-Receipts feature in Fakturownia. Data is properly encrypted, ensuring its security. You have access to it at any time from the Fakturownia system, and you share unique links to specific e-receipts with your customers.
Our receipt HUB:
- connects fiscal printer communication with Fakturownia
- generates an e-receipt by decoding data sent by the printer and transforming it to be human-readable
- delivers the e-receipt to Fakturownia ready to send to the customer
What do you need to start generating e-receipts in Fakturownia?
To activate the service, you need:
- a fiscal printer supporting e-receipts on the POSNET or NOVITUS protocol (supported printer models can be found below)
- an active Fakturownia account – on any subscription plan
- the Paragony.pl fiscalization module
Remember that to provide a customer with an e-receipt, their consent is required. For online sales, you can easily obtain it by adding a checkbox to the order form ("I want to receive an e-receipt") or including appropriate information in the terms and conditions. In a physical store, verbal consent from the buyer and their email address is sufficient.
By using the e-Receipts option in Fakturownia, you don't lose the ability to print fiscal documents.
This is a convenient solution if you need both fiscalization options in your business model, or if you're gradually replacing old fiscal printers with new ones, aiming to eventually switch entirely to electronic receipts.

Important: you don’t need to pay to activate the mojakasa.online service on the Elzab website – when issuing an e-receipt in the Paragony.pl HUB, it is retrieved directly from the printer, as recommended by the manufacturer.
How to start fiscalizing receipts in Fakturownia?

1Log in to Fakturownia
Log in to your account in our system, then go to Settings > Integrations and add-ons > Paragony.pl.

2Install the Paragony.pl module
Download the fiscal printer module, choosing the option dedicated to your operating system (Windows, Mac OS, or Linux).

3Integrate the program with your printer
Configure the program following the instructions in our Knowledge Base.

4Activate the service and issue a fiscal document
After properly configuring the module, you'll use the service free of charge for 30 days as a trial period. Then, through the order form available in Fakturownia under Settings > Integrations and add-ons > Paragony.pl, you can pay for longer access.
If you want to fiscalize using electronic receipts, additionally activate the e-Receipts option. More information about e-Receipts and a list of supported devices can be found here.
